Went there two nights in a row a few weeks ago and had a great time. Awesome bartenders, with a HUGE shoutout to Jen for helping us with some local plans we had for our weekend. She really made us feel at home. Jen - if you're reading this, thanks again, worked out great. A band played there on Saturday and the room sounded really good. Spent time chatting with other tourists and locals, everyone was super chill and friendly. I'll definitely go back if I'm in the area again.
We visited A.Bay this Canada day weekend and spent an evening at SKIFF’s on James street and it was just an amazing experience overall with an excellent live band that sang some great 80’s rock n roll music. Staff was great at the bar and the atmosphere was so much fun with different age groups. Keep rocking it up SKIFF’s. ...
Best calm chowder i ever had. A lot of place dont have enough class in the soup. No worries here. Waiter was charming and food was delicious. I thought it would expensive but found it reasonably priced for the quailty and quantity of the food. Definitely recommend.
We attend Rockin the Bay yearly, this was by far one of the best years. Starting with Rick, he rocks the door like nobody, always has a smile for you and sometimes a hug! Now, Saturday night was spectacular! Mike Farrar and the house rockers sure live up to there name, super nice guys and the patron interactions were so much fun! Not sure who owns or runs Skiffs, but they need to reserve this band for next Rockin the Bay! Sure did bring in a terrific crowd and dance floor was PACKED! This place ROCKS! Outdoor concerts in the street next door. Very busy, but that's what makes it fun. Everyone's having a great time.
